Kelsey was extremely approachable and understanding of our needs during the whole selling process. Her experience and knowledge of the property market was of a very high standard. Kelseys communication skills were above and beyond what I expected, with Kelsey contacting us regularly to provide us with updates with everything that was going on. Even with Covid lockdown throwing a spanner in the works Kelsey was reassuring and managed to make the sale process of our home as smooth as possible.
