Fantastic communication and follow up

We purchased a property through Len Smith RE of which Kelvin was the agent. Not only was the purchase a smooth and pleasant transaction but Kelvin was a pleasure to deal with. Our purchase was a little more complicated due to the purchase being done through our SMSF as an investment but Kelvin ensured he follow up communication through both ourselves and the vendor. As a result we are also using the services if Len Smith RE to lease our property. Thank you
