I found dealing with Kelvin quite challenging. As soon as I would not raise my offer he was very pushy and hassled me to reconsider. I am aware that he works for the vendor but I found his manner very demeaning as he said I would never find anything in my price range. I would receive texts after 9pm and multiple calls in one day to hassle about contracts. It made the experience very stressful and as it was my first time buying a property. I was close to not purchasing the place purely because of him. I have spoken to friends who had really lovely agents that made the process smooth. Hopefully he can learn from this and understand being more respectful of buyers will get you further in the long run.
