Kelvin was an absolute pleasure to deal with in the purchase of our property. He always kept in contact and kept us informed during the inspection process and all throughout the settlement period. It’s common that agents ‘work for the seller’ but I genuinely felt that Kelvin was working to make both the seller and the buyers (us!) happy and for both parties to be satisfied with the selling/buying process. I’ve dealt with a lot of real estate agents in the past and dealing with Kelvin really was a breath of fresh air and much more positive than some of my past experiences.
