I believe I had my home as well presented as humanly possible. I chose kelvin and toryn as a team to cover all ages. I think kelvin is 'slow and steady wins the race'. Toryn was definitely full of enthusiasm, good communicator after home opens, but unfortunately made unforgivable errors close to settlement, which could have cost us the sale. Kelvin had to pick up the pieces. Definitely disappointed with the price achieved, but unfortunately the offers which came in were very low. Kelvin and toryn helped me move furniture etc. not in their job description. Thank you.
