Ken is by far the most experienced and professional Real Estate Agent that I have ever dealt with. We purchased the sold property from him in 2014 and knew right then that we wouldn't be using anybody else when it came the time to sell. His dealings with the Buyer were expert level (us at the time). An Agent that can work for the Seller while understanding the needs of the Buyer at the same time is very rare. His knowledge of the local market was second to none. His connection with other Agents also allowed us to move fast with the sale of our property, with the sourcing of a new property to purchase at the same time. This goes well above the Customer Service levels of the majority of Agents. Ken's down to earth demeanor made it so easy to deal with him. It felt like a friendship and not a transaction. He really took time to understand our needs and also our feelings about the process. We were also kept informed of every open home, numbers through and interested parties. Prior to auction day, Ken has detailed knowledge of every interested party, which made Auction Day work like clockwork.
