Ken & his team were excellent when we purchased a property recently. It was a quick process but Ken was transparent and helpful at each step. He was only to happy to field questions about the property. There were some issues with the bank on the day of exchange and the team went the extra mile to make sure the sale went through (even letting us drop the cheque off directly to their house). I'd say I would use the agency again soon but frankly we like the house they sold us so much we might just stick around instead!
