I was approached by a potential buyer for units i had and not knowing talked to Ken and he advised me sale price. We listed units and had buyer knocking with in a few days from Sydney, so it proved to me where he generates markets. I had a 2 acre block that was costing rates and electricity and originally we were building there but changed my mind.
