I asked Century 21 at Menai to auction my home I was recommended by my son in law to Ken Fitzgerald I had spoken to a few other agents beforehand I was very comfortable with him so went ahead and put the selling into his hands I had already paid a deposit on my next home and needed a quick turnaround so we went to working preparing my home for auction Both Ken and his boss Stewart came and helped for a half day in tidying up the premises as did my son in law so after a week of toiling it all looked very presentable to sell ,Century 21's stylist came and a few pieces of furniture were moved around to lure the buyer show them what was possible if they bought the house All my memories were removed it did look bare but good as well.
