Highly recommend.

Ken has a world of knowledge and experience in the real estate business. We have known Ken, who we believe to be an iconic figure in the Richmond real estate landscape, for a long time, and it suited us to acquire Kens services, especially as he has been dealing in the Richmond area, which is where our property sold. Ken is very honest and calm in his approach and continued to keep us well informed on the daily and weekly activities. We always felt confident that Ken would get the house sold in the best possible way and that we would be happy with the result, which was definitely the case. Ken has a very systematic approach and he tried to give the best advice during the course of the campaign without over complicating things. We would highly recommend Ken to family & friend's and to anybody else wanting a smooth, uncomplicated selling process.

Top Notch Service, Knowledge & Professionalism (yet again)

This was not the first time we have dealt with Ken when either selling or buying a property. In this instance we were selling a property & we did not even consider another agent when we decided to put the property on the market. As an agent, Ken has many positive attributes but the ones that standout are: - Extensive market knowledge based upon both his vast experience as well as statistical analysis of the market. - Communication skills (from both a vendor's & purchaser's perspective) are second to none. Clear concise feedback after each showing is a good example. If we were looking to either buy or sell a property, the first call I would make would be to Ken. Thanks Ken

Exceptional Professionalism

Ken's commitment and unwavering support exceeded any reasonable expectation by a significant margin. His advice was considered and balanced and looking back on the total sale process it is evident that we were fortunate to be working with a person who maintained a level of integrity that is rarely seen. This was a 12 out of 10 experience.

Ken was a delight to work with in our recent purchase in Abbotsford. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He was accommodating of our requests, easily accessible to us and a very pleasant human being (which does make a difference when dealing with the stressors of property purchasing)

Ken Griffiths was very easy to work with, from early discussions on preparing the home for sale, what was essential, what was not, and with his vast experience in selling homes in Richmond, he knew what the Richmond buyer was wanting for the market segment I was selling in. Communication was excellent in the lead up to auction day, and while the property didn't sell at auction, probably due to so many houses for sale that day, the enthusiasm and determination to present my property well to the market never waned, with the result the property sold two to three weeks after auction at a fair market price and he negotiated terms that were agreeable to vendor and buyer. I was very happy with the result.
