Ken Griffiths was very easy to work with, from early discussions on preparing the home for sale, what was essential, what was not, and with his vast experience in selling homes in Richmond, he knew what the Richmond buyer was wanting for the market segment I was selling in. Communication was excellent in the lead up to auction day, and while the property didn't sell at auction, probably due to so many houses for sale that day, the enthusiasm and determination to present my property well to the market never waned, with the result the property sold two to three weeks after auction at a fair market price and he negotiated terms that were agreeable to vendor and buyer.
