After several attempts at selling our rental property with other agents, who told us exactly what we wanted to hear, with no results, we decided to give it one last go. We rang Ken, and he went through the house with some other agents and gave us a price he thought it would sell for. And he did it. The one thing we loved about working with Ken was his honesty. No smoke and mirrors, just told us how it was and what we needed to do and we did it. We were told all sorts by other agents and the house just sat there, but Ken knew what it needed to be able to sell it and it worked. Thanks again Ken. So glad we can now move forward!
