Ken is an excellent agent - very knowledgeable about Queenslanders and the Cairns area in general - provided lots of advice to us over the years e.g. regarding our renovation etc., which really paid off in the end with a great sale price without even needing to advertised. We also quickly sold our unit through him - again an excellent price. Ken is very personable as well as being a great negotiator - highly recommend!
