So, what can I say, this is the final RichardMatthews and Phan/Tran dynasty. Our journey began back in June 2016 when we bought a property from RichardMatthews. From there, their honesty, integrity and fighting spirit has inspired us to trust in them to auction or sale 4 of our other properties either belonging to us or our relatives. Spear headed by Matthew and Richard and with their armies of team mainly Ken, Jackson, Patrick and Kevin and so on...., they conquer suburbs from Belfield to Granville and Merrylands, even as far as Liverpool. No one puts trust in an agent like we have. Merrylands was the most difficult and hardest of the lot to sale, how they did it and with an amazing price is beyond me. Ken was a great support for me as a buyer. I found the property quite close to the auction date, but he was right on to all requests I had including individual inspection time and helping with contract and inspection reports, plus was super quick with all of my questions too.
