Matthew and Ken were a breath of fresh air. I liked their sales strategy so much that I changed to them from an agent I had an on going relationship with. They were quick to get back to me when I had questions. I never felt like they told me what I wanted to hear to win my business. Their team who took the photos were lovely. On the day of the sale they got us the best price with their negotiation skills. They go the extra mile every time I always felt like we were their highest priority. At a super stressful time of our lives it was great to know we were in good hands.

So, what can I say, this is the final RichardMatthews and Phan/Tran dynasty. Our journey began back in June 2016 when we bought a property from RichardMatthews. From there, their honesty, integrity and fighting spirit has inspired us to trust in them to auction or sale 4 of our other properties either belonging to us or our relatives. Spear headed by Matthew and Richard and with their armies of team mainly Ken, Jackson, Patrick and Kevin and so on...., they conquer suburbs from Belfield to Granville and Merrylands, even as far as Liverpool. No one puts trust in an agent like we have. Merrylands was the most difficult and hardest of the lot to sale, how they did it and with an amazing price is beyond me. Ken was a great support for me as a buyer.
