Ken did a great job communicating with me throughout the campaign and also following up with potential buyers who came to view my property. On the day of the auction, Ken did a wonderful job engaging everybody who turned up - well before we started and right through the final sale. Ken also read the interested parties really well and worked hard to get the best final result. Would use Ken and Richard Matthews again. His enthusiasm and people skills are invaluable.
