Ken initially brought a buyer to the table, then was gazumped by me because I signed with another agent. He wasn't very happy about this. The other contract fell over on finance, so I had to eat humble-pie and go back to Ken. He accepted this with good grace and although his original buyer was no longer in the market he worked hard to eventually find me a buyer. The next buyer ended up being a bit difficult about various aspects of the property inspection, but Ken consistently came into bat for me, and managed to make some of the problems 'just go away'. I think that Ken has definitely put in more effort than usual to make this sale go through, and I'd happily recommend him to sell your house.
