I honestly can’t recommend Ken highly enough — selling 11 Trinity Point Drive with him was hands-down the smoothest, most stress-free real estate experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve bought and sold a few properties over the years). From the very first meeting, Ken took the time to truly understand what my timeline and financial goals were. His market knowledge of Trinity Point and the surrounding area is second to none — the pricing strategy he suggested was spot-on and ended up getting us multiple offers well above asking. His communication throughout the entire process was exceptional.
