Ken was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about all the houses we viewed. He remembered us without us having to sign into an app which just added that extra special touch for us. For Ken there was no question too "out of field" and at no time did we feel talked down to or dismissed. We felt like this was a man who would go out of his way, not just just for a sale, but because he genuinely cared about us finding the right house.
