Ken really did do a great job. I am very dubious of real estate agents so it was a pleasant surprise to see Ken work his backside off to sell my property. The final price was significantly higher than what o had told him to sell it for. That was simply good work on his part.

Ken managed my unit ever since I had it. At the ti,e I got the unit I was living O/S so I emailed agents that were managing units in the block and he was the only one that returned my email. Ever since then he has manged my unit. When it was time to sell I didn't even think of going to another agent. Ken is always available and gives you an honest opinion even if it isn't in his interest. He regularly updated me on what was happening. I would gladly use Ken again if I have another property.

Purchase : Marta was very friendly/ helpful and answered all of our questions,or found out the answer.At all times remaining very professional.Marta went out of her way to assist with our requests for property inspections. Ken and Marta at C21 made the sale of my unit a remarkably easy process. The initial appraisal of the unit and the options for selling were clearly explained, in detail, enabling me to choose my preferred approach. The advertising period was then handled with great care; the online photos and write up, and the offline marketing material were professional and accurate. They managed the viewings really well, kept me right up to date with market interest, both online (so I could read at leisure) and via courtesy calls. Ken explained the auction process and walked me through it. I got a great result on the sale. Overall I'm really struggling to find a way to improve the service I received. He managed every facet of the sale including arranging cleaning, painting and styling of the apartment, as we were interstate.
