Ken is a great agent and a good bloke. He was communicating with me almost every day. He did multiple inspections, any day and time that suited potential purchasers. The unit was listed on the market late October 2017 we exchanged contracts 21st of December, 7weeks! That was an excellent result, considering there were over 70 units with 2 bedrooms for sale on the market during that 7 weeks. I highly recommend Ken as an agent.

Ken came across as professional, balanced, knowledgable. He offered names of people to help with minor renovations and organised a stylist. He negotiated a good price. Ken works with a small team which he leads.
