Very professional

I would like to commend Ken Snell and Taylor Snell for their great customer service when we purchased our recent home unit and they were acting on behalf of the vendor. They were both highly professional in their dealings with us, kept us informed throughout the process and worked hard to ensure that all parties were happy with the outcome and the process along the way. I found them both to be friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Ken assisted in expediting certain parts of the process and provided information that was extremely invaluable to us at every step of the negotiations and settlement. Would recommend in the future!
