26 October, 2017 To whom it may concern, Re : Kendall Devine and Giorgia Fittler & the sale of 3B Shelton Close Toormina We would like to express our supreme satisfaction with the marketing & sale of the above property by Kendall & Giorgia of Nolan & Partners. We engaged Nolans to market the sale of a house owned by my late mother in law. Kendall believed the property should get between $330k & $350k & should be listed at $349k. Another agent advised to list between $325k & $329k and believed we should accept a minimum of approx. $315k. The one thing we did not want was an agent giving us an unrealistic selling price & then coming to us in 3 to 4 weeks later telling us we need to drop our price. Kendall advised us that is not what they were about so we listed with Nolans. The marketing was all we could ask for and the photographs shown when listing certainly gave the property instant appeal that had a lot of people wanting to inspect. Within a week we received an offer for $320k which we believed was too low, but a few offers were received later & we accepted an offer for $345k within 4 weeks of listing showing that Kendall was true to her word on what they believed they could get for the property. Kendall always kept us informed on how many had visited and any offers that had been made.
