Kenneth took the time to ring me back and with patience listened to my requirements to purchase a property. Over the subsequent weeks he made sure I was kept 'in the loop' as suitable properties came on the market. While the property I purchased was being marketed by his colleague, Kenneth made sure with regular contact that my needs were being considered. When the building inspection report identified a major (but rectifiable) defect the vendor was unwilling to rectify so I prepared to exercise my discretion and terminate the contract. Kenneth made steps to get the vendor to agree to rectify the defect and the sale went ahead.
