Ken did a power of work right up until the time the house was sold. He kept us well informed and was pleasant and professional to deal with. We highly recommend Ken!

i have now sold my house thanks to ken and the team at ray white. At first contact with ken when he left a calling card , i didnt really have thought of selling my house . But when ken visited me at my home , i said im not in a hurry to sell but nwith the house in despair and in need of repairs i said to ken i would sell if i got at least $700,000.00 but with no price specified i signed to sell . With no board and limited exposure things were slow at the start,but in no hurry we keep rolling on , then in time more people saw the house and ken doing everything i asked of him we in turn got an offer we thought was there abouts but i stuck to my guns and ken the same . When ken said to me would you take $690,000 i said i would consider it , ken put it to the buyer but he still didnt offer enough , ken said to me come on lets do the deal , i said ok tell the buyer i would accept $690,000 it was kens knowlodge of the buyer and what was need to close the deal. Ken always done what i asked and what i wanted so in concluding ken done an excelent job in selling my house.
