Negotiation was very good - i enjoyed the transparency as a buyer but i also enjoyed the fact she was working with us but at the same time had the sellers best interest in mind always . Always professional all the time . She knew her info because funnily enough I owned a property in the same building and literally across the one I was buying - so that made it very easy for me to form a opinion on the info Crystal provide me .
