Kenny Yu sold our first house about 6 years ago and it was an excellent experience. The market was not good but even so, he got it sorted. Both buyer/seller were happy. Professional, flexible and even his family gets involved to help. So when my parents needed some help to sell theirs, I had no problem recommending him. All I had to do was make them swap numbers and then it was sold! If I ever need any help buying/selling, I'll definitely being calling Kenny again. Plus, he has the same name as me... :)
