If there is one thing to take out of this review is that if you want your house sold fast and a good price, look no further than Kenny. We opened on Sunday for the first home open and 9 hours later we received a call saying we had an offer. The price was what we wanted and Kenny stayed on top of the process to date. Kenny was professional and knows Madeley back to front with his years of experience in the real estate industry. His costings are extremely competitive to the market and has great contacts for settlement agents and finance brokers. I will be using Kenny down the track when we choose to move.
