After the pleasure of meeting more than a few real estate agents on the way through the maze of Perth's home buying market, ranging from the 'look you up and down for designer labels' type, to the 'have a look while I have a beer' type, Kenric was by far the most welcoming, approachable, and human. We found Kenric communicative, prompt, thorough, and with a sense of humour, throughout the entire process from initial viewing to settlement. In a balanced review, we need to mention the downsides. We found Kenric to be entirely lacking in ego, pushiness, and was far too nice to us when we asked stupid questions i.e., can we keep the fish? Kenric was genuinely fantastic throughout, and would have zero hesitiation recommending his service to anyone, irrespective of their experience in buying houses.

Kenric made my job of buying this property so easy. From the first meeting he worked really hard to keep me informed and supported me through the settlement process. There were a few issues to contend with and he made sure I stayed in the loop throughout. His knowledge of the area and the real estate processes is excellent and he worked tirelessly on settlement day (organised an electrician to fix things, checked the property as I couldn’t get there, sent me photos to show that everything worked) so that we could go ahead with settlement. The beautiful congratulations gift was just icing on th cake. I would recommend him to anyone and will use him for any future teal estate needs.
