Kent has handled the sale of our property in a professional and empathetic manner. The sale was complicated by our elderly tennant of approx 20 years who had treated it as his home and expected to stay in it for sometime yet. Upon our first meeting with Kent and his property manager we expressed the desire that the tennant be treated with respect and empathy during what would have been a big upheaval- particularly in a market where reasonably priced accomodation was very limited. Kent won the tennant over with his approach who ended up in assisted living accomodation- the tennant is now better cared for and safer. Kent was able to sift out the many enquiries to obtain a result that exceeded our expectations. Again the sale was complicated by COVID-19 as the purchaser was interstate and unable to view the property first hand. But through regular follow-up and assurances Kent was able to effect a successful sale.

Kent was pivotal in the sale of our rural property, only taking approximately two days to land the deal.
