After spending 3 yrs with other agents ,spending $10,000 in unsuccessful advertising campaigns,being told blatant lies and generally being treated like idiots we had a visit from Kent and decided to list the property with him -We have rated him the maximum in all categories as that is the way he performed-In 2 months he had more inspections than 3 other agents in 3 years and spent a total of $750 in advertising-The most important thing was he gave us an indication of an achievable price instead of an inflated valuation just to get the listing
