I can't fault Kerri-Ann's recent efforts to sell an estate home in Howard Springs. Always professional and friendly, Kerri-Ann made the whole process smooth and obtained a result way higher than expected. I absolutely recommend Kerri-Ann.
It's never really a pleasant experience buying a property; and pretty stressful, but Kerri-Ann was great. it helped that we knew exactly what we wanted and both buyer and seller wanted to move quickly. Kerri-Ann assisted us both to get things done quickly and smoothly. in the end it was pretty hassle free. Kerri-Ann was straightforward and no nonsense, in the fact that there was no b*llsh*t. if there was something she didn't know we would say she didn't know and would go away and find out, and would actively respond, rather than us having to continually chase for answers. she liaised with the conveyancers and generally (from what we could see) managed the process on both sides to get settlement done. Kerri-Ann was always informed, pragmatic, reasonable, efficient, responsive.
We have had the good fortune of having Kerri-Ann as the realtor of record on two properties that my wife, Trudy, and I were interested in. The last of which we ended up purchasing. Kerri-Ann was extremely helpful and proactive with getting us needed information to finalise the purchase of our Durack home. Moreover, Kerri-Ann had any queries addressed in a timely fashion and made time to show us the house on several occasions so that we could get contractors through the property. I would suggest to anyone considering selling their property to consult Kerri-Ann as she is very much in the know of the Darwin-area real estate market.
