While Kerri-Louise was very clearly working in the best interests of her client, as purchasers in this case, she also made us feel important and valued too. In a 'hot market' it's easy for agents to be inconsiderate and dismissive of potential buyers and it can still come at the cost of the client. Kerri-Louise's interest in our needs as buyers helped us to see the true value of this property for us - and this ultimately helped the vendor's sale price. Properties might be selling quickly but a good agent can still be highly influential on the final price.
