Kerrie did an amazing job of preparing our home for sale, she advised on some excellent improvements such as repainting the exterior of the house in a modern colour scheme that matched the style of the property, re-turfing the rear lawn, and replacing the carpeting in the bedrooms. Kerrie managed these and a number of other smaller improvements, which allowed us to have a completely stress-free experience during the sale of the property. The property styling was picture-perfect, the marketing campaign resulted in a significant number of intensive bidders and produced an exceptional result, far exceeding our expectations.

Kerrie has great knowledge about the sales in the lane cove area very approachable and easy to talk, to I spoke several salespeople in the area and Kerrie kept coming up trumps every time if I ever had to sell or buy again I wouldn't hesitate to talk to Kerrie again .
