Kerrie was the lead agent on the sale of our unit in Sydney, and this sale wasn't my first rodeo. Several things surprised me- Kerrie's recommendation for a reserve price was greater than I had expected, but was proven to be correct given the greater than expected auction result. I was also surprised how confident she was of the auction outcome given her assessment of the likely bidders' commitment to buy- almost prescient.
