The sale of our property took over 10 months due to several failed attempts at getting a unconditional contract. The property was on acreage and had some difficult building defects and to make things more difficult it was a separation sale. Throughout the process, Kerrie ensured that both my ex-husband and I were kept up to date with the progress of contracts and viewings. When things became difficult Kerrie came up with new marketing, or sales solutions to try and get the house sold. She went above and beyond to organize tradespeople, auctioneers and engineers in order to satisfy potential buyers and us. At no time did we become a low priority (due to the difficulties in getting it sold), from the moment we engaged Kerrie she was adamant that it would be sold for a price we were happy with.
