The moment I walked in to the property I knew it was for us! The only thing was 'us' wasn't together, Kerry-Anne gave me a detailed tour and I knew I wanted to go fetch my husband straight away from work and I asked Kerry-Anne if she would wait, she did and he loved it! Now I love my husband very much and he always makes sensible choices, so before I could jump in and say yes, he wanted to know everything about our future home and Kerry-Anne assisted him with all his questions and queries. Her knowledge was sensational and she supported us through the sale. Kerry -Anne made us feel at ease with selling our property. She saw in it all the little details that made our house a home. She was so easy to discuss things honestly with and gave terrific advice as to what to do with our property to achieve the best price possible. Kerry-Anne helped us move very quickly and we signed a contract of sale only three days after our first walk through! She was readily available throughout the whole conveyancing process and provided great support. Kerry-Anne was the agent for the sellers of the the house we bought. Even though she was technically working for them she always made herself available to answer any of our many questions, often replying immediately even on busy days. As we were 1000s of kms away from the property we were purchasing, Kerry-Anne was a great liason between us and the sellers. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area on the Sunshine Coast, and even left a gorgeous gift basket upon settlement in the house for us which was just a lovely and unexpected touch. I believe the sellers came to know Kerry-Anne as she sold them their new house, and they were so equally impressed with her professionalism that they decided to ask her to also sell their existing home. It doesnt surprise me that Kerry-Anne would get a lot of repeat and word-of-mouth business. We would definitely also have her as our agent if we need one in the future. Thanks again for everything.
