Kerry-Anne's understanding of market, buyers and properties is impressive. My husband and I met her while viewing a property she was selling and fell in love with her as an agent and a person. We trusted her with renting out our apartment with the plan to sell it once the market is right. We are so happy as she has found us such lovely tenants and subsequently she encouraged us to go to market when she felt it was right and it was! We sold at price that we felt was right and the buyer came. Kerry-Anne achieved an amazing price for the apartment and set a good record for the property and location. Kerry-Anne was very helpful and understanding during the sale of my elderly mother's unit sale. I was unable to be in Sydney and Kerry-Anne stepped in and filled the gaps i could not. Kerry-Anne's interaction with my mother was above and beyond, being very kind and respectful of her age and situation. I cannot recommend Kerry-Anne highly enough if anyone is looking at selling their property. The communication from her was prompt and always kept me up to date and aware of how the sale was progressing, with weekly emails and phone calls. We were lucky she obtained a sale for us only one week after the property was listed for sale, with a price which was agreeable to all parties involved, not easy in the current social climate. Finally Kerry-Anne arranged to oversee the removalists and organise a cleaner to come and go through the unit before the purchasers moved in.
