This is the second home Kerry has sold for us now. She is a very competent and knowledgeable agent who knows the market and works extremely hard to get the job done. In a very slow and difficult market she achieved a price that was still satisfactory even if much lower than it should have been because of the downturn. Agents like Kerry unfortunately have their hands tied by the fact also, that the real estate profession has for years taught buyers that it is alright to pay for kitchen and bathroom renovations but not for equally expensive renovations such as built-ins in bedrooms, bathrooms and other areas and for very highly priced security items and other things. In spite of this, She was excellent at her job.

We first met Kerry at an open house in our area when we started looking but weren’t actually ready to sell. Fast track 6 months when we were ready, it was without a doubt that we were always going to use her. We were impressed from the moment we met her and as we went through the selling process she was so driven, understanding and honest.
