Originally coming from NSW, the process and experience of buying property here in Queensland is VERY different from what I'm used to. Queensland requires the buyer to undertake much more work and due diligence than they would need to do down south. That's where Kerry came into it. She liaised and dealt with all the different parties involved and helped keep our process on track even better than our conveyancer did. She was always available to answer questions and provide advice. Between she and Lara, they made it extremely easy for us to undertake the multiple inspections that we needed, even though the house was on an island. Kerry was always cool, calm and collected, which helped greatly to take much of the stress out of our house buying experience.
