I got Kerry in originally to do a property appraisal on my very unique house. As soon as Kerry walked in she said "This house has soul". She then followed that with "I know at least 4 maybe 5 people on my books would love this place". That was Tuesday & by Friday morning I had signed up with Kerry. On Friday evening she contacted me with a contract on the house. I defined my perimeters & by the following Friday Kerry had secured a 30 day contract going unconditional when passing building & pest control. So a house I thought would take at least 6 months to sell sold in a week due to Kerry knowing exactly what both vendor & purchaser required.
