My God! How much better could it be? It found it's new owners in 24 hrs. Kerry did not over inflate the price to me to get the house on her books, but then took it to market around $20,000 higher. I love my home, and have cared for it with love and care, along with everything I own. I think the new buyer's could see that, and I always attended to repairs quickly. So in confidence in me, and as I was selling after 6 year's, and having sued my property inspection for a bad job, they didn't bother with getting one. I just loved the new buyer's, and we both feel like we have made new friends. Kerry played a very large part in all of this. She was attentive and on my door step just about every day, with updates from the buyer's and the conveyancer settle petal. At the and of the agreement to our contract, Kerry was able to secure $11,000 above the asking price. But it was also $31,000 above the price she originally spoke to me about, being careful not to over inflate or exceeded my expectations. She had explain the market has dropped a bit, but even then I was happy with that price that she expected to achieve.... which she exceeded.
