An Excellent Result

Kerry was able to produce a great result for us in achieving an excellent sale price for our property. Also, the process of marketing and selling the property was easy and efficient. She demonstrated a great understanding of the market and was able to supply us with a realistic appraisal at the beginning of the process. Previous discussions with other agents provided us with figures designed more to tell us what we wanted to hear but were never achievable. In the end our property sold at the upper end of the appraisal range and we were extremely happy with that outcome.
