When I first expressed my interest in the property, she was very quick in arranging an inspection and sending me the marketing Contract. She was always available to answer any questions I had about the property, and was very generous and forthcoming when it came to sharing her knowledge of the local area and market trends. I found Kerry's negotiation of the purchase price to be very fair. She was transparent and accountable in justifying the price by reference to comparable properties, while also looking after the interests of her vendor with an appropriate level of firmness. This approach meant that a mutually acceptable agreement was reached very quickly, and both myself and the vendor went away feeling like winners. After a price had been agreed, Kerry and her team provided me with helpful updates throughout the conveyancing process, from exchange all the way to settlement. After settlement, Kerry provided some practical tips and recommendations as to what sort of building would suit the block, and where it should be positioned. I took Kerry's advice and will soon be starting building. In the meantime, I have been renting a property in Molong, also through Kerry, and her team have proven to be excellent property managers. They are friendly, proactive, and are always very quick to reply to any enquiries.
