Communicative, helpful and transparent

Kerry was very pleasant to work with as an agent - she was communicative and available to me to ask questions and offer advice, she was helpful and thoughtful throughout the process and was transparent. I was aware that her job was to get the best price for the seller, but I never felt as though that was coming at my expense. She was an honest negotiator and took her time to support me in the purchase as well. I felt like she was there to assist me as much as she was there for the sellers. The whole process was as easy as buying a property could be, and I felt that she was a big part of that. She definitely took a situation that could have been very stressful and made it much easier.
