I found Kerry Sullivan from R&W in Coolum Beach to be the most approachable, honest & genuine Real Estate Agent thus far. After extensive research to find the right agent with "My best interests" in mind, the decision was easy. It really was a no brainier.. The experience that Kerry has, his kind nature & attention to detail made the sale as easy as 1,2,3.. Also the R&W staff at the Coolum Beach office are world class... Couldn't be happier.. Thank you Kerry & the rest of the R&W Staff at Coolum Beach. Glen

Kerry is a professional agent who I would not hesitate in recommending to buy a property from. He was upfront and kept us informed on everything that was happening when purchasing our house at Maroochy River. We were very happy with how Kerry handled the dealings between us and the seller. When it comes time to sell I would have Kerry as my agent. Alexis

Kerry was active and available from the very first phone call. We were able to view the property promptly and keen to make an offer; the next steps through negotiation moved swiftly with clear communication throughout. As negotiations go, we had a number of bumps along the way that may have unsettled some, however Kerry was astute and aware of both parties needs, able to find the ‘middle’ in every instance. We are settled in our very own beautiful price of paradise. Thanks Kerry, bloody Legend!

Dear Kerry Now that the sale of our house in Peregian Springs has completed and the craziness of moving has eased we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your excellent effort towards the sale of our home. Your advice throughout the process was key to the success we achieved and the marketing strategies you suggested were also a great success. Thank you for being patient with us and also for your assistance in addressing our concerns Finally thank you Kerry for your commitment to providing us with an exceptional service and we would have no hesitation in recommending you and the team at Richardson and Wrench, Coolum to anyone considering selling their home. Kind regards Felix and Jane Olivero

Kerry was the second agent we enlisted. From the start, he was very methodical in assessing a value for our property, which proved to be very close to the selling price despite our higher expectations. Over the time it took to sell our property his quiet professionalism and experience gave us the confidence to know all was being done to secure a sale, despite a falling market.. Thank you Kerry.

We always knew our property would be a difficult acreage property to sell due to the steepness of the driveway. Kerry took the time to listen to why we loved living there for 9 years and how we built the property up to what it became, a resort style private retreat and was able to point out all the properties good points and at all times maintained a calm and professional manner. He was a good communicator and did all he could to help both sides out where he could. I would recommend Kerry to anyone who needs to sell their property.

Kerry turned this sale around in a few days, no fuss and did what he said he would. Will use Kerry again.

Though of course Kerry was working in the vendors best interest he was always available to us for any info we required.

Kerry was delicate with a challenging sales process and always prompt and clear with dealings....would use again ..

At very short notice Kerry was able to contact the seller and arranged for us to view the property later that same afternoon as we explained we were heading back to Sydney the next day. He was very thorough and showed us all the features of the house and garden and spent a fair amount of time with us. He is very easy to talk to and we were happy that he spent time negotiating with the seller enabling us to purchase this property. We were able to sign the contract for the house the next morning. Kerry is always quick to respond to messages and emails. We highly recommend Kerry as he is a pleasure to deal with. He is very knowledgeable of the area and we would happily use him as our agent if we ever decide to sell our dream home.

We would like to thank Kerry Sullivan on our recent "Purchase and Sale" of our properties. Out of all the properties we have bought and sold over the years, for us, this was by far the easiest and most stress free one yet. Kerry's easy, relaxed, honest and professional style was a pleasure to deal with. He was realistic with the value of our property for sale. As some agents will over value and give you unrealistic price, "just to get your listing"!! We had a contract on the sale only 5 days after being on the market. He achieved a price within our expectations of what we thought was achievable. He was in constant communication during the process with all feedback, enquiries etc. We would definitely recommend Kerry and would use him again for any future sale or purchase. Yours Sincerely Warren and Liesl

Very happy to be writing this review for Kerry as this is the fourth property he has sold for us in the three months. As with all the sales, we really appreciate Kerrys professional approach and for getting us the results. Wish we had more to sell. To the next one. Mitch Mackenzie
