Kerry and his team were so easy to work with ….. always available and responsive! The local knowledge that Kerry has was very helpful for me buying in the area and the sale of the home was smooth and quick ….. I would highly recommend Kerry and his team.
Can't thank Kerry and his staff enough for helping us find our new home. Nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation. We highly recommend Kerry. Honest, knowledgeable and caring
Kerry has heaps of experience, gets awesome results and is an easy going good guy that makes the experience feel more like your dealing with a friend than a real estate agent. Thanks Kerry.
Kerry is absolutely amazing! He helped us find and buy our home and we couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, patient and truly cared about us! He always made time to answer our questions, gave us honest advice and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you’re buying or selling a home, I can’t recommend Kerry enough. You’ll be in great hands!
Kerry was extremely helpful for my partner and I regarding the purchasing of our first property. He had awesome communication skills and provided prompt responses to questions we had. He made the process stress free which was great. Very knowledgeable for first home buyers coming into the market for the first time.
Kerry was a pleasure to work with during our recent home purchase. He was fair, reasonable, and responsive to all our enquiries throughout the process. His professionalism stood out, and he took care to ensure that both our interests as buyers and the sellers’ needs were considered and balanced. We appreciated his honest approach and commitment to a smooth and transparent transaction. Highly recommend!
We bought and then sold with Kerry and wouldn't use anyone else. He had great market knowledge, gave good guidance on what we should do to prepare for the sale, told us that hat to expect and delivered everything he said he would.
Kerry is an outstanding agent! We found him to be genuine, down to earth and easy to deal with.. We had a great experience. Thank you Kerry!
Kerry sold us the property 2 years ago, and we were so impressed, we asked him to sell it for us recently. Kerry’s knowledge of the market in the Coolum area is second to none. He sold our property for our desired price on the first open house. Kerry is lovely to deal with and has all the qualities of an excellent partner when you’re selling your home.
I had the pleasure of working with Kerry and Courtney while helping my interstate client secure a property, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From our very first interaction, Kerry and Courtney were not only professional but also incredibly personable, making the entire process seamless. Kerry and Courtney were always responsive, answering questions promptly and being transparent throughout the purchasing process which involved multiple offers on the property. We successfully secured a fantastic property which met all of my client's requirements, and my client couldn’t be happier. I look forward to collaborating again in the future and highly recommend Kerry and Courtney to anyone looking to sell in Peregian Springs.
As a Sydney based real estate agent myself, after interviewing two other agents but then being referred to Kerry, it was obvious from the first phone call he would be the agent for us. He was direct in his approach and strategy, extremely knowledgeable of the local market and the buyers within it and was always a step ahead and proactive in pivoting and having solutions when things went off track. We felt so confident having he and Courtney working for us and can't thank them enough.
My wife and I have been looking for a property for a long time, and we can’t bite the competitor. Luckily, Kerry never let us down. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient while answering my queries and never makes one feel stupid asking him. He is also professional and approachable. Soon, we will have a house that we can truly call our home! Thank you, Kerry, the best property agent ever!
