It was not our intention to use Biggin Scott, we just wanted to have another opinion before we went with another estate agent. However when we met Kerryn we found that she was not only knowledgeable but we found her to be empathetic, helpful, and friendly. After she left we all looked at each other and we all (4) said that we didn't want to look any further. Kerryn did not disappoint us, she guided us all the way through the process and produced an excellent result for us. In fact, now that the sale is complete and we no longer meet with Kerryn it is like losing a friend.
