We couldn't have chosen someone better to sell our apartment

It was such a pleasure working with Kirsten during the process of selling our investment property in New Farm. We had owned this apartment for 25 years and it was always going to be hard letting it go. For us the most important thing was to treat our tenants with respect when arranging access and opens and Kirsten was 100% onboard with us on this. Kirsten worked closely with our property manager and directly with our tenants to do this. Kirsten is a great communicator, both spoken and written. We were kept in the loop during every stage of the sales process. The price we wanted to achieve was inline with the range provided by Kirsten and we sold the property for a price in that range. Kirsten covered all of the marketing costs and they were considerable. Kirsten walked the neighbourhood doing letter box drops and placing flyers in local businesses. The first offer, and the one we accepted, was from our tenants. There was some difficulty getting the contract signed by all parties and Kirsten was firm but fair managing this. If you want a hands on boutique experience selling your property we can't recommend Kirsten highly enough.
