Kerstyn was an amazing agent. She was very knowledgeable about what we needed to do in order to get the house ready for sale. She was also very honest about what we could expect to sell the house for. Fortunately for us, we had a buyer the first open house, and Kerstyn manged to work with them to get us the best price. At one point in the negotiations, we were pretty happy with the price, but she assured us the house might be worth a bit more and hoped to get the maximum amount for us. In the end, we settled for more than we hoped for and would have settled for less without Kerstyn negotiating for us. We signed contracts the Monday after the first open house, the buyer was really happy with the price and we were over the moon!

Kerstyn and Chris were fantastic at communicating with us each week on the progress of the sale. Even in the Christmas period Kerstyn was always available to make the sale of our unit.
