Keryn was great to deal with from start to finish and had excellent communication throughout the entire process. After looking for a house for around four months, I dealt with a lot of agents who didn’t seem particularly trustworthy, which made the process frustrating at times. Keryn was the complete opposite and made me feel very comfortable from day one. She was very transparent about what the owners were expecting and set a realistic goal of what they wanted in order to secure a deal. While the final price was more than the market was demanding at the time, I chose to pay a higher-than-market price because the expectations were clearly communicated upfront and were realistic, which ultimately made the deal happen. There were no hiccups at all during the purchase. Keryn was always available when I needed her, answered the phone every time, and made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling in Mount Warren Park.
