Keryn was a no fuss, honest and straightforward Real Estate Agent and we would have no hesitation in recommending her ( which we have done with success). Her knowledge of the area including history of real estate development enhanced her ability to not only demonstrate reliability and experience but also provide us comfort in decision making. We had the added challenge in that we were some 400 km’s from the property therefore relying on Keryn to also secure and care for same . Our neighbours were all elderly and she provided the necessary respect for them throughout property inspections.
Keryn's professional service allowed us to find the property we had been looking for. Unfortunately, just after we had finally settled on the purchase, the COVID-19 travel restrictions meant that we could not move into the property for almost three months.
